It was mentioned in todays TonyO 'Underground Bunker' post that these bottom feeders are targeting veterans and military people and their families. If the info is available, I'd like to know what, if any, restrictions apply to their "probationary license" before pulling the trigger. If it's still unknown, I'll go with what I've got.
