Scientology would be hard pressed to find sympathizers in the ranks of Comedy Central's writing staff I imagine. Tosh.O had a hilarious segment the other day that took a few jabs at Tom Cruise and the cult and let us not forget South Park's now infamous episode that introduced many a person to the colorful story of OT3. :-)

There was also the "Chef Returns" episode, where Chef came back to South Park as a mindless zombie, was "deprogrammed" by an encounter with a stripper, only to be brainwashed again by the Super Adventure Club.  He falls off a bridge, is killed by wild animals, and is resurrected by the Super Adventure Club into Darth Chef.

Both episodes, "Out of the Closet" and "Chef Returns," are still available on the net at http://www.southparkstudios.com/ .
