Any thoughts?  Anyone surprised by the results? Anyone completely unsurprised? xD; I'll be interesting to see what John Paulson and Chip Collins have to say on this whole zoning issue.

Yup.  Chip was indeed the one sitting next to Bob Adams and chatting with him. I'm hoping he was smart enough to do some truth searching on scientology afterwards but I know that's probably thinking way too optimistically.
