Hmm. Is there any known connection between $cientology and Dunwoody Med Spa LLC? I mean, it's not like Co$ is unknown for sneaking around behind seemingly innocuous organizations.

It's not unheard of--there are 'office condos' whereby entities or individuals can own a part of a commercial building just as residential condominiums do.  I don't know if this building is an example of such or not.

I tried looking up "Dunwoody Med Spa LLC" on the Secretary of State corporation page.  NO RECORDS WHATSOEVER.  It's possible it was established in another state, but I'm pretty sure even then there should be records of it as a foreign corporation registered to do business in Georgia.  Hmmmmmm.

Hmm. If I read those images right (and there's no guarantee I am), there doesn't seem to be any immediately obvious connection between the spa LLC and Co$.

At the risk of sounding tinfoily, though, it could just be that they learned to hide their tracks better, and not use the same address to register the front group that's used by Co$ itself. Unfortunately, off the top of my head I don't know of any way to dig in deeper, especially not from outside the state.

I would not read too much into that. The SoS's web site is not a great priority, and gets updated less often than you would think. Our current SoS is a political hack, and desperate to be Governor, so, as state offices are generally top-down, what the boss pays attention to is what the staff pays attention to...
