Well, they link to the front page, but not directly to the forum.

All of the domains and subdomains (the part before the main domain name, such as "forum" and "www") should now redirect to http://forum.reachingforthetippingpoint.net with the exception of the www subdomain, which will go to http://www.reachingforthetippingpoint.net. 

So, for instance:
http://reaching4.info will go to http://forum.reachingforthetippingpoint.net
http://forum.reaching4.info will go to http://forum.reachingforthetippingpoint.net
http://anything.reaching4.info will go to http://forum.reachingforthetippingpoint.net
http://www.reaching4.info will go to http://www.reachingforthetippingpoint.net

Edit: The one exception to this is the primary reachingforthetippingpoint.net domain.  With it, both http://www.reachingforthetippingpoint.net and http://reachingforthetippingpoint.net will point to the main page at www, and the forum can be reached with http://forum.reachingforthetippingpoint.net.  Of course, there are multiple links to the forum from the main page.
