On May 15th group of concerned citizens once again gathered to protest the ever growing list of abuses perpetrated by scientology.  The protest occurred much later in the afternoon this time to try and bypass the icky heat of the middle day but things at the building were ever so active.  A few scientologists we recognized came and went and two matience people across the street laughed at our offer of cake and gave us some thumbs up.

As always the public was (mostly) supportive though we did have our usual amount of trolls and at one point someone threw a turkey sandwich at us as they drove by.  Upon picking it up I realized it was still cold and that someone had probably just wanted to donate their lunch to us. :-P I promptly did my civic duty and threw it away.

The yellow van is now missing but other than that it was another relatively uneventful (but humid) protest. :-)

Great job! especially since you were being pelted with food - I don't know what's happening to people, they just get ruder and ruder, and more childish.  Oh, wait, it was probably a scientologist.  Never mind...
