I have not finished reading the Scientology response yet. This paragraph about CCHR did catch my attention and is disingenuous at best:

Stigmatization is one reason that someone with a mental illness may not seek help. I think we can blame organizations like Scientology who are uninformed or misinformed about mental illness and substance abuse for exacerbating the problem rather than the mental health system.
