Ga. pastor arrested protesting 'Demon' mascot - AJC

Warner Robins police say they've charged pastor Donald Crosby with picketing without a license for protesting Warner Robins High School's "Demon" nickname and mascot.

A Warner Robins pastor is on a crusade against something sacred to many in the middle Georgia town: high school football.

Police spokeswoman Tabitha Pugh says 36-year-old Crosby was arrested on Monday after police told him he didn't have a permit, as required by the city.

Picketing without a license?  Shouldn't that be permit?

If that's all it is, I say when he's out, he should be allowed permits, advised not to go onto the school's property or obstruct traffic, drives, sidewalks, or views of the road to make a safe turn ...

And let him make a fool of himself for not liking the mascot.
