David Love vs Narconon Trois-rivieres

Court Date Hearing Set - January 17, 2011

On October 28, 2009, I was secretly picked up from Narconon and taken to a Motel in Montreal. On November 3, 2009, I returned to Narconon Trois-Rivieres with the Police, followed by CBC TV- Radio Canada, who filmed the incident and interviewed myself and Andre Ahern, (Narconon staff member). Marc Bernard, the Director of Narconon, put his hand up towards the window, in a frantic gesture, telling the media to stop filming through the window into where I and the Police were meeting with staff. The Police kept the peace, but did not prevent the media from shooting footage. There were five film shoots in total, in three different Provinces, but the expose Show never aired. Two film pieces disappeared and there were legal complications and fears. But the story was exposed on other media.

Later that day, I received an Internet posting on my Facebook Wall from Sue Chubbs, an Executive from Narconon Trois-Rivieres. I was proclaimed an Enemy.
While on staff at Narconon, I had received threats and harassment and this new proclamation of being an Enemy, caused undue stress and added upon the already inability to cope from the harassment at Narconon.

The SQ Intelligence Police were contacted by an Anon and we had a two hour meeting which established my credibility with the documents and other evidence I showed them. I was cautioned to be careful and make sure I wasn’t being followed. What a stressful time.

The stress from the harassment and threats became too much for me to cope in the real world and I ended up in the hospital for two days. I was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and referred to a Crisis Center, where I received counselling and therapy, which helped to de-program me from the Scientology Indoctrination at the Narconon Trois-Rivieres compound. I was then referred to CAVAC, a Victims Assistance Agency, who helped me file the first two complaints with CSST, Workers Compensation and Normes du Travail, (Labour Relations Board).

The Info Sect in Montreal contacted me and referred me to a doctor who is familiar with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Scientology. I have seen this doctor every month for nearly one year now and it’s helped a lot.

Over the past year, I have filed complaints with CSST, Labour Relations Board, Quebec Human Rights Commission, Canada Competition Bureau, and the Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services. They are all investigating Narconon Trois-Rivieres and their ‘Representatives.” There are two additional complaints being sent out Tuesday, October 26, 2010, to the Ombudsman and the Quebec College of Physicians. In total, about 750 pages of documents have been submitted to Government and Health authorities.

I have been in countless interviews with government authorities and today, following many months of investigations, which supported my credibility, I received a phone call from the Commission Normes Travail, (Labour Relations Board). A Court/Hearing date has been set for January 17, 2011. The hearing will be in front of a Judge and six Advisors. Indeed, this is a milestone.

This Court Hearing is open to the public and will be recorded. My lawyer will be preparing and sending out subpoenas. With the number of witnesses being summoned, I anticipate the Hearing to be more than one day and perhaps several.

I look forward to having their witnesses cross-examined.

At the beginning of the hearing, the commissioner shall hold a brief meeting to identify and define the issues and plan the conduct of the hearing.

THE ARGUMENT: When the evidence is completed, the parties submit their arguments in order to highlight the facts in evidence and formulate legal arguments to convince the Commissioner of the merits of their case.

DELIBERATIONS: After arguments, the Commissioner would take the matter under advisement, phase during which he reflected before making a decision.

The Evidence:

I can’t ‘Tip Our Hand”, but the evidence will be over whelming and the witness line-up is impressive and credible. Narconon and their “Representatives” will be hard pressed to present a credible defense case, considering the documents we will submit, but we do not underestimate their tricks and formidable Heenan and Blaikie Court battle capabilities.

It has been a long haul and I thank all the Anons who have supported and helped me in untold ways.

David, Please Don't Hurt Narconon - It Wouldn't Be Right!

She knew. Aline Proulx, an Executive Director for Narconon Canada and the ESTO Officer at Narconon Trois-Rivieres knew the harm that could befall Narconon and Scientology, should I speak out and follow through with my promises.

On November 3, 2009, I arrived back in Trois-Rivieres with the Police, followed by CBC TV. The Police were at Narconon Canada while I picked up my belongings that I left behind on October 28, 2009.

As I was leaving, Aline Proulx said to me in front of the Police, "David, please don't hurt Narconon, it wouldn't be right." She knew because of the information and documents she leaked to me while I was employed. Aline was well aware of the offences she commited.

Here is an email I sent to her on November 4, 2009:

Thank you for packing my belongings in such an orderly manner. I think you
only wanted the best for me and for me to be happy, but I wasn`t happy and

Sometimes things are just meant to be and I believe I am where I am right now because this is meant to be. Also many people who had relapsed were crying out to me, but I felt helpless because of the restaints placed upon me by NN TR. You have seen me in many times of tears......feeling the pain and suffering these people were going thru and I could not stand back and do nothing. That`s not who I am and you knew that also.

Aline, I am not angry with any single person at NN TR, but I do know that the way and method that NN TR is being operated and ran, is dangerous, Suppressive, dishonest, and needs to be stopped.

I am still awaiting your reply in regards to my request for the balance of my pay.

Please be advised that if I do not receive a reply from you today confirming the pay owed to me, (as described in the letter I gave to Narconon), I intend to seek remedies through the Quebec, Provincial Government, the Canadian Government, the Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Commission, and through Legal representation in Provincial and Federal Court.

I trust we can conclude the above amicably, if you choose to do so.

Time is of the essence in the aforementioned matter and I hope compliance is forthwith.

Tomorrow, Tuesday morning: meeting with lawyer to prepare for Court Hearing and Summons list.

There are several hundred emails and dox that I will post following the Hearing.

Some are hillarious; some sad and absurd; but as whole, paint a clear picture of a Scientology Group - Narconon, that borders on the most incredible and ridiculous and very damning indeed.

It's been such a long haul coming this far; a stuggle not to cave; and finally tomorrow morning we press forward.

Very stressful time right now.

Hey you:-) Don't call my lawyer again,..., LOL,....., He told me the same thing; "Get Lots of Sleep; you're going to need it."

Wow, what a long day; back home now. My lawyer's awesome; somewhat stubborn like me, but we get along well, with mutual trust.

He said something to me about what he's going to do and I said, "WHAT", are you kidding me?

And then he said, "Why Not.....", I LMAO....., so did he. I said. "They're not going to be happy about that."

I needed this day of reassurance and confidence in my lawyer:-)
