Atlanta Org still hasn’t been finished. The last time I was there for services it was reg cycle after reg cycle and there were less than 20 people in the academy at any one time. That was two years ago. I might pop into Tampa org to see how they are doing and give you an update next time I go there.

Basically, asking for more money, if I understand correctly. Also, it stands for the registrar who asks for the money.

I went to the Scientology glossary on ESK and xenu directory for definitions:

Reg - Someone responsible for raising money for the org. Can also be used as a verb, eg. "She was regging money."
