^^^ Trufax. Even if the funds are collected for the planned initial renovations, will they be able to afford to maintain the property? I haz doubts.
By any chance did u snag the Dallas org footage and if so can u get it to me on mega or whatever?
"Toronto is a Continental Liaison Office and very shabby. Back of the building is even worse! "
Washington DC's Ideal Org (snrk) was set to open June 9th. As they obviously failed at that date, it was announced on their ideal org website to open on October 9th. Now, all mention of a date has been removed from their website. We'll keep you all informed if they ever look like they'll finish to invite you all to an opening day shindig!Anyways, here's the current progress. Very "ideal" as you can see. We believe they may have switched contractors, but we'll have to check on it.Enjoy their supreme ideal-ness. That sucker cost them multi-millions. Doesn't it look worth it to you?
I spoke with one of the workers and he said the first contractor was a demo. contractor. The demo. contractor finished and left and now the build-out contractor has started. They are hoping to be done in 6weeks time as of July 3.
With Scientologists across the planet uniting as one force, Ideal Orgs can be created in orders of magnitude needed to make planetary clearing a reality this lifetime.Coming together as a group, we can accomplish more than we’ve ever imagined. Join the campaign that will change the rate of our expansion. If every Scientologist in our area gifted $250, our Ideal Org would be fully renovated. If every Scientologist on Earth gifted $15, our Ideal Org would be fully renovated.Scientologists from all walks of life are adding their shoulders to this campaign, from Los Angeles to Bagdad, this campaign is spreading like wildfire on the Scientology comm lines. How fast can this really be done?Add your shoulder to the cause.
I found this flier posted in downtown Mountain View on Sunday. They'll probably pressure the young recruits into plopping down $100 for this, and be able to get some quick cash. In return for some crappy snacks.
I've poked around there a few times since last year and the building has been apparently empty. This building is attractive to the scilons for the proximity to many large and small high-tech companies (see below).
What's this? This is the Mission of Belleair in Belleair, Florida. See, David Miscavige's sister Denise Miscavige Gentile for some reason needed her own mission instead of keeping $cientology working at Flag or some other place where hoi polloi congregate.Denise Miscavige Gentile keeps $cientology working at the illustrious Mission of Belleair on West Bay in Belleair, Florida. As you can see from this first picture, Scientology is very proud of the Mission of Belleair."Where's the f---ing mission?" you ask? See the pink box right next to JP Nails? That's the Mission of Belleair signage! The blue box is their entrance. The yellow line is where you can walk all the way through and you can park around back. They're a little more proud of their signage around back as you can see in this picture:Skeery black hole leads to Mission. Has a "run for your life" vibe, huh?Of course, the back is also where all the poorer $cilons park their beater vehicles.
That place is DEAD. I go by there several times a week and the place is empty. The mission itself is upstairs, over the nail salon or whatever in in there. There is someone working there who drives a scooter. Otherwise there can't be more than about two people in there and I have never seen a single customer go in.
Well I held my word and went ahead and drove to the closest sci/dianetics establishment. I anticipated a pretty uneventful photo shoot. Getting there was a bitch to start off with. I expected a rather large multi-story office-type building with at least something saying Scientology on it. The place was in a multipex of small offices with a dozen other insurance service one-story buildings. When I finally arrived I proceeded with the shoot. A few wide, close, and long. The area was dead, but clean and well-kept. Parking lot empty aside from the 2 or 3 cars and not a soul in sight. After about my third or fourth shot, I noticed a couple people to my left in the distant, at the entrance of another office. A man and woman, it was, who were standing there looking at me. I ignored it and continued. And the end of it, I headed back to my car - at about the same time the man, woman, and someone else did. Three cars were heading out of the parking lot. The first two cars passed me, while parked, with no issue. The third car, as you'll see in the picture, did the full stare as he slowly rolled in front of me to stop. Waited. Stared. And reversed. I waited. Then decided to just head out of there. As I pulled away the guy was right on me. He followed me for about 3 miles. Kinda freaky. I tried to get a good shot of him, but this just wasn't possible. We both stopped at a light, side-by-side, and he went left and I went my right. I managed to take a picture before he finally drove away.In the end, the pictures don't really deliver but the incident was from left field. I don't know if he was in on something or if he just wanted to find out what I was doing there.
There's nothing on the site specifically stating that it is a Scientology-related building, but the Dianetics and "overcoming suppression" is too much for me to ignore.I decided to call this building today, and ask for myself. Unfortunately, I don't own a camera at the moment so I couldn't record. When I asked if this life center was involved in Scientology, I was immediately hung up on. When I tried to call back my calls were ignored.Keep in mind the Jacksonville is a fairly big city, which as we all know is where the Scilons love to spring up.

As well as being only one of two missions who can deliver the Basics to upper level Scientologists, the Sunland/Tujunga Mission also has the unique position of being in the area that has the most Scientologists per capita in the whole world! The highest concentration of Scientologists in the world is in Los Angeles and the highest concentration in Los Angeles is in the Sunland/Tujunga area. And if we don't find a new mission holder by the 23rd, we will lose our mission. That is why I am extending the line to anyone I know who might be connected to people who can help. We are not asking for donations and we don't want to interfere with the building of ideal orgs, we just want to find someone who really wants to take over this very important mission. If you, yourself can't take over the mission, please forward this to anyone you think might be able to help.Thank you very much for your support. With all this momentum in Scientology, it would be a shame to see us shrink, even just a little. Please let me know if you have any ideas. You can have people call me directly at: 818-653-6768 or they can call the mission at: 818-951-3601. Thanks again.Sincerely,Anjuli Hubbard, HESSunland/Tujunga Mission
