Avatar uploads are temporarily disabled.  I will notify everyone in this thread when I enable them again.  In the meantime, if you feel you MUST have a personal avatar, PM me and I will work with you.

Avatar uploads have been enabled again and I've changed the allowed size from 65x65 pixels to 100x100. 

If you've previously uploaded an avatar and it was automatically resized down, you're welcome to upload it again to make it the larger size.
