I think the combination of professionals, family and ex-nn staff saying the same thing and corroborating each other is the perfect way to get this message across. Any single voice can be brushed off as disgruntled or a competitor (as nn and scn so often do), rather than someone trying to warn others, but the chorus of voices is not so easy to discredit by nn. I am glad professionals are adding their voices.
