Michigan licensing just dropped Narconon Freedom Center (http://umbraxenu.no-ip.biz/mediawiki/index.php/Category:Narconon_Freedom_Center)'s Residential Detox from their list of programs. Normally it should have been fine until renewal in July.

No new files added to their record yet.

Hope a little thread necromancy is not frowned upon here, but I'm...closely associated with the corporation, and I can tell you the things that result in these lawsuits happen all too frequently.

Welcome Ocsec!

There is also quite a bit of documentation about the Michigan rehabs on Narconon Reviews. http://narcononreviews.net/location/michigan/

Any information on the current situation there would be of interest.

The license expiry was kicked from July 31, 2017 to 2018. Strange how this location never has an annual report listed.

It's definitely time for an annual inspection!

A February annual survey is now showing on the Michigan site:

https://w2.lara.state.mi.us/VAL/License/Details/2179425

https://w2.lara.state.mi.us/VAL/Files/ViewDocument/38152

It looks like they weren't doing a lot of the required paperwork and posters. It also explains why they residential detox program dropped off their listing in March.
Quote
Additionally, after speaking with the program director, the program advised that they are no longer administering residential detoxification treatment at their facility.  Therefore, failure to no longer provide this service has resulted in removal of residential detox from their license as of February 27, 2017.
They only have CAIT and Residential there. I assume Wickstrom has another place that does the residential detox, and I assume that Freedom Center did the usual patch-job to meet the requirements to keep their license, since it hasn't dropped.

A FOREVER RECOVERY at 216 St Mary's Lake Rd, Battle Creek also got a survey, no problems. (Ha!)

Me, too! I just cannot believe someone at Google actually thought it was real, just based upon our names as defendants. Shows how weak Google is at determining valid complaints. Hoping they have changed their ways.
