In looking at the website, it seems there is no physical location, opening date, way to call or anything.  To me, the article that was written was moot.  I mean that in the sense that it had little or no practical value. 

Dont get me wrong, i am not attacking anyone personally, I just think that relevant, factual posts serve the forum better.  People who come to this site for info may take that article to mean there is a narconon opening up in canada soon, which does not seem to be the case.  It tends to make us look like sensationalists who dont know what we are talking about.

The article only had 3 lines about the Medical Detox:

Credible sources indicate that another Scientology drug rehab will be opening soon in a more favourable Province, Ontario, with a "Canadian Medical Detox" website posted on October 14, 2012, by President P. Dubreuil, an Ex-Narconon Trois-Rivieres staff member.

I have 3 Insider sources that indicate there is a new Narconon (besides the Medical Detox), opening in the Toronto, Ontario area. Two sources I trust as credible, one I don't trust. One was a forwarded Text message from ABLE Canada director who was in California at the time he texted my source in Canada, asking for $$$ to help open the new NN. (Have photo image of the Text).

The other Source I trust, sent me this message back in December 2012:

When NN TR's doors were being shuttered, I knew the night before and posted this following Thread before any outsiders or media were aware of it. I used these ^^^ same CREDIBLE INSIDER SOURCES:

I took a BIG chance back then, posting on two forums that NN TR was CLOSED and lay-off notices were being handed out the next morning. It very well could have been a set-up to make me look dumb or attack my credibility?

I do my very best to write and publish credible and verified facts - - and I don't expect everyone to like it or agree?

Cool.  The point being, where is it opening and when?  Credible sources would be able to tell you and then you could go and dig up building permits, zoning variances and things like that without outing your sources.  Posting the documents as evidence would make your story factual instead of general.

Its kind of like telling the people another NN is going to open in Indiana soon.  Ok, where?  When?  Do the county commissioners even know what NN is?  With info like that an actual plan could be formulated to prevent more people from getting ripped off. 

If you feel the need to not post on here due to my calling your article into question then i apologize.  Journalists should be able to back up claims made, i was just trying to help you to see that so more of a team atmosphere could be cultivated.

No apology needed. My sources provide me with Intel, assured that I will not "OUT" them - - and we have a good relationship; trying to prevent further abuses and death inside Narconon.

We ARE working diligently on the Ontario & Alberta Narconon in Canada, and I will post more in due course.

Looks like you misunderstood.  I am not asking you to out anyone.  If they are giving you a planned location NN is trying to set up at, you wouldnt need to out them as there would be an easily accessible paper trail.

 This alleged Narconon "Lite" website has been stating its intent since Oct,2012, yet their appears to be no physical facility,no staff,not license. On that note, I have emailed them asking where and when this facility will be opened. I will post their response when and if an answer to my inquires are made.

Yes, individual centers like to promote all over the country and even the Canadian provinces.  Especially with Trois Rivieres closed, Michigan becomes the closest U.S. facility for most Canadians (aside from the tiny 4-bed one in Alberta), unless they're over in British Columbia and go to northern California or something.

It makes sense that Per Wickstom may be involved. There is a "mission" in Toronto, Per is right across the border in Michigan, and the Toronto -Cambridge area is the most populated part of Ontario. Also, we know Narconon ED's like to spell their names in a variety of ways. It looks like Pere Wickstrom is a French guy now.
