Congratulations to David.

What is most appalling about the situation isn't the travesties that most are becoming aware of that seem to keep happening inside of Narconon, but the lessor known evils.

So far, at least 3 higher level employees have spoken out about the unethical practices that they have seen at Narconon.

In each of these cases, immediately following their coming forward, websites were created detailing personal information that probably came from their confidential Narconon files.  In addition there have been current pictures taken of David walking the streets, out on a date, with inflammatory information.  These employees were the best of the best and yet when they spoke, mysterious websites slamming them began to be made, many think they they were created by Narconon, directly or indirectly.

For a supposed ethical drug rehab to possibly write public, private and inflammatory information for the purpose of scaring someone into silence says more and validates everything that these people have stated. 

I congratulate those who came forward, knowing that the price would probably be having their confidential program information being blasted all over the internet.

A rehab or program of recovery should never have vengeance, stalking, harrassment and vendettas as a part of its "policies"

What happened when these people came forward sickens me even more than the information they came forward with.

Thanks for posting about that, source. Most people reading the forum don't know the counter-efforts critics have to deal with for standing up for truth against Narconon and Scientology.

I really admire and respect those 3, and others who have stepped up to do the right thing.

Thanks Mary.  People who I thought were my friends wouldn't give me the time of day after stepping forward.  The smear site was an added bonus.  It really shows their true colors when they do stuff like that. 

I have a NDA with NN and the whole lot from back in the day when my wife and I lent them a pretty penny and they decided they couldnt be bothered with paying it back.  After threatening legal they signed a repayment agreement.  They paid it (late every month) until I was on Rock Center.  They cried financial trouble after that and decided to stop paying and returning calls.  We are suing them now and will win that case pretty soon. 

Funny thing is all they had to do was ask me to alter the contract for lesser payments and I would have done it.  I told them this SEVERAL times very nicely, instead they would rather pay my attorney fees in addition to what they already owe.  I wonder what policy they are operating off of?  HCO PL 13 Mar 1952 "We Are Stupid" probably.

UPDATE:

I wish it was over Snippy, but far from it as it appears right now.

The Fair Game - Dead Agenting continues and I just ignore it and press on. Perhaps what
disturbed me the most, was vicious attacks on Facebook BEFORE the Human Rights Commission
Resolution Decision was handed down. Some who I thought were my friends, joined in and bashed
about without any Dox or solid evidence. It turned into a "Free-For-All" to attack David Love.

THANK YOU MARY and others for jumping in when I could not say a word in my defense (Lawyer's Advice). My
Lawyer advised me NOT to even ask or solicit others or my Friends to post or say anything to defend me.

What I did learn at my OLD age of 62 years this month is: "You don't lose friends because real friends can never be lost. You lose people masquerading as friends and you're better for it." -- Mandy Hale

However, I have no ill feelings or bitterness towards any person and still just press on to keep Canada free of
Narconon no matter what.

The Human Rights Commission decisions are at a stand still now while the Commission President, Quebec Bar Association,
Attorney General, Minister of Justice, National Assembly, Human Rights Committee Meeting staff, and my Private Lawyer wrangle with the Resolution Decision. NO information is being given to the Victims/Plaintiffs except for a few leaks.

I met with my Lawyer earlier today, May 2, 2014, and the Law Firm is looking at holding the NN TR executives and
others Liable.

RE: My Facebook Post TODAY:

Meeting over with Lawyer now and it appears that, YES, each and every Narconon Trois-Rivieres executive and other COS executives from other entities working at NN TR are responsible and ‘could’ be held Liable for Tortious negligence when they knew or should have known of the human rights abuses and Charter violations. Now, even the Human Rights Commission could be facing many questions, and perhaps litigation proceedings? As requested, additional evidence documents will be compiled and directed to Lawyer ASAP. Will we win? Haven't lost any formal complaint yet, but rather resulted in a WIN, and I have no intention of losing with this one. In Quebec Civil Code Law, executives are not protected by the so-called 'Corporate Veil' when committing Tortious acts that harm people.

Narconon refused to pay one penny unless ALL THREE Victims/Plaintiffs signed a Non-Disclosure GAG ORDER.

I refused and went to the Media, Exposing what the Human Rights Commission decided.

Narconon also threatened to declare Bankruptcy if ALL THREE did not sign. We don't know WTF is going on right
now until after the Hearings, Legal wranglings, and see if my private lawyer can force someone's hand.

It's a MESS .. with 2 Commission Lawyers being investigated by the Quebec Bar Association right now.

Did OSA infiltrate the Commission to have these Lawyers PRESSURE the Victims and the Lawyers -- REFUSING
to file with the Courts as MANDATED by the Commission and the  National Assembly of Quebec? Who knows?

I thank God I documented and recorded all communications.
