Interesting article.  I wonder how they calculate this number?  People redoing the program count for .5 of a person after being counted as a whole person on this statistic if memory serves me correctly.  Last time I looked at this statistic in 2004 it was only like 900 and that was for like 10 years of "production". 

I wonder how many people enrolled on the program in this time frame?  What about those of us that are declared suppressive persons?  Are we still successes?
