Georgia DCH Still Lists Narconon of Georgia as Licensed (Was Re: National Association of Forensic Co

From what I have gleaned from the NAFC lawsuit NarCONon of Georgia appears to still be up to it's old fraudulent tricks again!

How can this be? Why is Mary Rieser still fraudulently waving a CCDC cert around like she is actually certified? The NAFC pulled her cert if I am correct.

Also why in gods name is NarCONon of Georgia still listed on GA gov websites as an active licensed by the state entity?

I do believe it is time to badger the state DCH to do what we the taxpayer pay them to do.

I also feel it is time to contact the Georgia Governors Consumer fraud division and file a complaint.

Now,please understand that I understand I live in teh land-o-teh stoopid (Government agency of your choice goes here),but didn't the State of Georgia's DCH revoke NarCONon of Georgia,s license to scam?

The way I understood it, they agreed to surrender their drug rehab facility license with DCH.  Corporate registration is a different thing.  I don't think they were required to dissolve the corporate status with the state, although they are required to keep it current.

DCH still shows them as licensed.  In a few months, they will be allowed to reapply.  But why should they bother to reapply if the license is still showing as active in the DCH database?  Did they actually surrender it, or was it all just lip service to shut up a bunch of mouthy rabble rousers (us)?
