Let me explain. The URLs were approved for 1-2 days until we filed counter notices (in case of DMCA) and approached Google to ignore the fraudulent court orders. None of the URLs were removed, and here's how you can check -

If you type and search for any URL on Google, you'd see them removed and one of the two below messages at the bottom of the search results -

As of now, not a single URL from this website has gone missing.

There are new and innovative (illegal) methods utilized by these rogue reputation firms. In nearly most of the time, the client is no aware of these methods and are promised unrealistic results to coerce them. Nevertheless, we've set a precedent with our investigations and set up our monitoring bots which scan through over 600 DMCAs (direct submissions) daily.

In total, there were 3 reputation firms (and a couple of lawfirms) which are facing consequences. A few lawsuits, federal investigations and ofcourse, their clients are pissed.

BTW, that fake DMCA from Tony isn't from Tony. It's from one of those rogue reputation firms who actually believed that Tony and Scott were behind webactivism.com. That was their way of targeting him . Tony took it in good spirits :)

A while ago, I received a message from Tony Ortega
There's a fake complaint from Tony Ortega in the Lumen DB.

Per needs a good ass-wupping.

Got a ping back at webactivism.com and came here to check. Here is an update on these fraudulent acts -

There are 3 fake court orders submitted in 2016. They're fake because no such attorney or plaintiff existed and there was never a lawsuit. It's just a forged piece of paper submitted to Google.

In November itself, as part of our campaign, we contacted the relevant parties (including Google and the courts) and reinstated all links de-indexed by Google. These (fake) court orders have been rejected and do not matter anymore.

As per our investigation, fake court orders and DMCA reports were common practice among rogue reputation firms especially the ones based in Europe and Asia, often in collusion with a 'complaint' site. In most of these cases, secondary complaints are removed (by illegal means) so that a site like Ripoffreport can demand a lot of money to fix the last remaining 'negative content'. In some cases, the illegal removals are attempted to provide reputation services to the client.

We're investigated and debunked hundreds of such cases since past few months and continue to do so with the help of eminent lawyers and experts like Paul Alan Levy and Eugene Volokh. Here is an example of how serious the situation was a few months ago - we investigated Torrence Boone, the VP of Google itself to be involved in a fake DMCA case - https://webactivism.com/googles-vp-torrence-boone-behind-fake-dmca-notice-sent-to-google/

We did try to get in touch with @ethercat last year when we were investigating these cases. We just couldn't find a way..

So in conclusion, the fake court orders and DMCAs have been processed and rejected after our appeal. No URL has been removed. If there is any issue left unattended or if you have anything to share, please let us know at support@webactivism.com

Welcome, webactivism! Thanks for posting thisupdate.  Are the urls you mention only related to DMCAs and fake court orders your site investigated, or are they related to other, including the ones we posted here?

I was very happy to come across your site, which lead me to the articles by Paul Alan Levy and Eugene Volokh, both at the Washington Post and Citizen's blog. Did they ever write anything further regarding what you all accomplished?

We did notice that the acceptance of these complaints by Lumen ended around Oct 1, 2016, and presumed one or more reputation management companies was busted. But how would we know if the urls we listed about are re-indexed.  Any further info is much appreciated.

Congratulations to you all for the effort you put into righting this grave wrong.

Additionally, there is no such case filed in Hamilton County Ohio Court of Common Pleas, but the judge - Hon. Jody Luebbers is a real judge there. I wonder what she would say & do if she knew her name was fraudulently signed and sealed on this fake court document? We shall see. She is not the only judge on a fake court order in a fake case that I have found so far.

Has the Hon. Jody Luebbers been contacted about this? Aside from violating Ohio forged document laws, those documents were used illegally across state lines. Which opens a major sh*t storm of Federal charges against those responsible.

Yes, it's illegal. Yes, I'm looking into the best way to have her made aware of it. Myhope is that she will insist Google remove it and any others found with her name on them.

Here's another development that's popped up: Ripoff Report's new "Verified TRUSTED Business" program.

The example is in response to a complaint posted on October 29, 2015 by David Love:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/serenity-point-recovery-verified-trusted-business-ripoff-report-verified-businesses-you-can-trust-serenity-rehab-is-an-inpatient-residential-drug-and-alcohol-addiction-dependence-treatment-center-detoxification-facility-rehabilitation-program-and-recovery-organization-serenity-rehab-offers-private-confidential-addiction-treatment-to-individuals-who-suffer-with-substance-abuse-with-different-drugs-or-alcohol/grand-rapids-michigan-49503/serenity-point-recovery-inc-grand-rapids-michigan-1264535

Here's an excerpt:

"EDitor's UPDATE: Positive rating and recognition has been given to Serenity Point Recovery for its full commitment to quality customer service.

Ripoff Report's discussions with Serenity Rehab have uncovered an ongoing dedication by the company to total client satisfaction. This means that clients can expect that the company will work towards finding a mutually satisfactory resolution to any concerns. Serenity Rehab listens carefully to client concerns and sees them as an opportunity to learn from past mistakes and become more efficient as a company in the services offered and the support for those services."

In addition to the David Love post, one other about Serenity Point have be modified:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/serenity-point-recovery-verified-recommended-business-ripoff-report-verified-businesses-you-can-trust-serenity-rehab-is-an-inpatient-residential-drug-and-alcohol-addiction-dependence-treatment-center-detoxification-facility-rehabilitation-program-and-recovery-organization-serenity-rehab-offers-private-confidential-addiction-treatment-to-individuals-who-suffer-with-substance-abuse-with-different-drugs-or-alcohol/marne-michigan-49435/serenity-point-recovery-per-wickstrom-owner-marne-michigan-1275078

And finally,  one real gem from Mr. Ripoff himself, Ed Magedson.

Wonder how much he's raking in from this smokescreen?

RipOff report also accepted a fake court order on that complaint

ORDER GRANTING CONSENT MOTION FOR INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT
Quote
IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF PHILADELPHIA
FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF PENNSYLVANIA
CIVIL ACTION
SPR, INC,
Plaintiff,                                                               No. 160603108
                                                                        E-file No. 1606063959
·vs.
JOHN DOE,
Defendants.

ORDER GRANTING CONSENT MOTION FOR INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT
The,parties having filed a Consent Motion for Injunction and Final
Judgment, and therefore, good cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND AND DECREED as follows:

1. The PARTIES have agreed that Defendant John Doe
("Defendant") posted false and defamatory statements about Plaintiff SPR,
Inc ("Plaintiff") on the followingwebpage(s):

https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/12928496#

What is interesting is that the document is saying that ""John Doe" and SPR, Inc agreed to this order.

More interesting is the fact that the pdf properties show that the order document was created on July 11, 2016 and modified on August 27, 2016 ( a day after the date on the order ). So it was made in July, before
the order was supposedly made and signed by whoever it is that signed it.

The whole thing looks so fake.  Lumen states that the complaint is under review... but who knows how long this has been up? https://www.lumendatabase.org/notices/12928496# ( see supporting document pdf  lower down the page)

There are more fakes.. re: ripoff report and A Forever Recovery

Just found another Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas injunction with the same case number: A1407255. However, it's attributed to a different judge: J. Patrick Foley III.

Comments here on the forum, and articles at Narconon Reviews, seem to be upsetting Per Wickstrom, causing him to resort to illegal measures to have their links removed from Google and other search engines ( per the fake court order injunction posted at Lumen database and here
