page 2115 Q. Okay. After you met the minister in Oklahoma,16 what did you do in order to start the Narconon of17 Georgia program?18 A. Well we didn't start it right then. I met a19 lunch over — I mean, I met a judge over lunch one day,20 Judge Riley, and I was just introduced to him. And he21 asked me to describe the Narconon program, and I did,22 and he said, 'We would like that for offenders.1' There23 was a problem at the time of a lot of crack cocaine in24 the city. And I mentioned this other person, and he was25 very happy that we would work with this other personpage 221 because it represented several Christian churches in2 town. And he said, " If you open one, I'll send people3 to you, and I'll try to get funding."page 2311 Q. All right. And do you know, what's12 Judge Riley's first name? 13 A. I dont remember his first name. He leads14 Atlanta city court.

Thanks, tikk. You may find Mary Rieser's deposition of interest. I believe it is Exhibit E. http://alley.ethercat.com/storage/10A28641/10A28641-2-2011-06-27-BriefInOppositionToPlaintiffsMotionForSanctions-ExhibitE.pdf
I went through it some but it's a bit confusing because it's missing lots of pages. Not sure how much can really be discerned from what's there except her lawyers didn't want her answering anything. Whenever there's an order for a second deposition + a video requirement, it means the first deposition was not only disastrous, but there was more going on than what can be inferred from the transcript. It means there's some intangible aspects the plaintiffs want to be able to convey to the judge.
Thanks EC, you deserve a goldenrod for this.
My lawyer will love to see all this.
I nominate Free for a goldenrod too. There is a picture of Mary Reiser, ED of Narconon on their facebook page. She is the first lady on the right in the blue dress.https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.431565509290.230737.68292324290&type=1
