Good grief, I know exactly where that attorney's address is. It's near Emory U. Small world.

This is very interesting from an ethical point of view. I just Googled this Mary Rieser. I about fell over reading some of the background material. What exactly are the requirements here in Georgia to be a so called Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor? I looked @ this link here.

http://www.gaca.org/certification.htm

Does this Rieser individual meet the states current legal requirements? And who oversees the treatment facilities here in Georgia on a governmental level?

Oh. Thank you OP (SP) for the find!

Gary Scarff has posted that Mary Rieser is being sued again, over this same issue, this time in Fulton County Court: http://www.forum.exscn.net/showthread.php?28844-Whistleblower-Links-Georgia-Narconon-To-Scientology&p=735816&viewfull=1#post735816

Commenting first on one of the WSB TV broadcasts, he says:

Mary Patrice (Miller) Rieser looks awfully uncomfortable with being confronted with the instrument of her own doing (letter).

Mary's a real piece of work. She had her townhouse foreclosed on in 2010.

I'll just pop up a few old things I have, since Mary Rieser has been so mean and nasty in the media lately, and so we can see what kind of money we're talking about here.
Here is the property this concerns: http://alley.ethercat.com/storage/MaryRieser-PropertyReport.pdf

and this from Narconon of Georgia:

Where's all that money Narconon of Georgia is making going to, Mary?  Wouldn't you maybe be better off without your "church" and their shell corporation, Narconon International?  It's not too late to throw them all under the bus.
