David spoke to Senator Hervieux-Payette at length concerning issues related to Scientology and Narconon Trois-Rivieres, as well as Canada Federal Charities Commission, Quebec Ministry of Health and Social Services, Quebec Hunan Rights Commission, and various Provincial College of Physicians.
