Quote from: 10oriocookies on March 05, 2013, 13:17 DBAE is diplomate, board of addiction examiners. I posted a cert from the pita group. MAC is Master Addiction Counselor i believe. NAFC used to or still does issue them. She has no business in the rehab field i think. They were running guys for 300-400 hours on objectives at Arrowhead while they were there. Claire is registered in the OK counselor look up but is registered as out of state. Fishy. I tried finding stuff on the QUAD group a while back and didnt turn up anything. Its probably just a front so they can write off or pay taxes for auditing people. Joe and Claire are die hard auditors. KSW forever types.

I need to track down when and where he got it or didn't get it.I knew about the MAC. I just haven't found where he received it. I never got a reply from NAFC on that. I'll resend my email to them about it.QUAD is the company clare listed as her employer for her OK LADC and supervisor license.Definitely fishy on Claire and Joe Pinelli running a detox company without a tx license. They have it as an alternative medicine thing. Not "substance buse" help.On the licvensing, it's the same with Narconon down in TX. Have to get the licensing people to respond in writing as to why they can operate and not have a license.http://www.tcbap.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1See? They retired their license. Interesting their license to operate is 'Retired'. The IRS Select Check for eligible exempt organizations still has them listed:EIN:75-3152868 Narconon South Texas Inc. Harlingen TXA quick check of the ERI database shows they were granted the exempt status June 2009, still active, but does not list any Form 990's for them. No 990 info on Guidestar either, although they also show NN South Tx as active.Which is strange for an organization with a 'Retired' license to operate.
I keep thinking the Breining Institute needs to really tighten up it's certification process every time I see "Breining Institute" in a NN related post.
Actions Affecting Eligibility:No public record of discipline or administrative actions. Here is one lie. Im sure he didnt disclose his lawsuit on the application. His renewal dates are past as well. If he is trying to renew it might be a good time for that complaint. His rabbit hole only keeps getting bigger.....

Ive spoken with current staff at 4 different Narconon centers now and the modus operandi seems to be the same with Kent. He straight up gives answers to staff who take the CCDC test. These people will not come forward as they dont want to risk losing their jobs and fear having to do lower conditions, security checks and being blackballed for telling the truth.

Through his years of practice, he saw that drugs, medications or alcohol were usually at the root of much of the trouble people were having in their work, family and personal lives. “Having gone through my teenage years in the 1960’s, I saw firsthand the harmful effects drugs and alcohol had on individuals and the very moral fabric of the culture. But even those early years were nothing in comparison to the devastation created in our current society with the introduction of psychiatric drugs, antidepressants and other behavioral modification drugs. The addiction and side effects of these poisons are unlike anything I have seen in my 30 plus years of practice you mean scientology auditing. People are being prescribed antidepressants and psychotropic drugs as commonly today as aspirin was 50 years ago. My purpose is to help others get their lives back by freeing them of these chemical dependencies even though the detox instutute or its staff arent licensed to run a drug rehab by the state of Texas.” Today, Mr. Pinelli practices at the Institute of Detoxification and Health, in the Woodlands, Texas, using the Hubbard method of detoxification in coordination with his colleagues in the medical, chiropractic and alternative medicine fields. Mr. Pinelli is certified with the National Association of Forensic Counselors (NAFC) NOT FOR LONG and the International Academy of Detoxification Specialists Another scientology front. Claire Pinelli BA, MA school teacher degree, not in mental health, MAC, Diplomate of the Board code for "Me and Kent started a group and I got this cool title out of the deal, it really means nothing though , LADC This is in OK, not in Texas where she "practices", ICADC Claire Pinelli has been a personal counselor scientology auditor and educator since 1973. She has taught children of all ages [pre-school through college] in both the private and public sectors. As and educator, Ms. Pinelli witnessed first hand the effects that alcohol and drugs [both illegal and prescribed] had on our young people; our future. So in 2001 Mrs. Pinelli began specializing in treating alcohol and drug abuse. She has been the Senior Case Supervisor of a long term residential drug rehabilitation program in Oklahoma, Narconon Arrowhead, which was servicing over 200 clients daily. Her duties at Narconon Arrowhead included monitoring the quality of clinical delivery to each client as well as ensuring that the counselors were well trained professionals and capable of helping their clients beat addiction problems yes, her and Joe's training program was responsible for around 30 staff leaving and students doing objectives for 300 hours in some cases and also people recieving more than the 5000mg of niacin allowed per the technology of Narconon, apparently they know more than Hubbard. It became apparent to her that more well trained Alcohol and Drug Counselors were needed if the global epidemic was going to be confronted. Mrs. Pinelli then decided she had to put her attention on training Alcohol and Drug Counselors so that they could better service the clients and produce more drug free individuals who would be able to go out and remain drug free and contribute to society Yes so her and Kent started the PITA Group, so they could certify other scientologists to look like they were legitimate counselors, no testing or oversight, strictly for a fee in most cases (I havent seen them all). While she continues working on the training of Alcohol and Drug Counselors she is now focusing her attention on assisting people to handle the physical effects drugs have had on them. As the drugs and toxins remain in the individual’s body for years after cessation of use, Mrs. Pinelli has helped start, The Institute for Detoxification and Health in The Woodlands, Texas with other professionals in order to assist people in ridding their bodies of these poisons. Once the body is free of these stored toxins the person will look and feel better both emotionally and physically. This gives them a stable point from which they can continue their lives. BARF!
Just wanted to dissect this a bit.
