Getting Money Back from Vista Bay
« on: May 01, 2012, 11:30 »
Hi,

My father just yanked my brother out of the Vista Bay Watsonville, CA location last night.  He was only there a week and I read on another post on another site that if a patient leaves before 10 days, the money is refunded.  Does anyone know anything about this or any suggestions how they get the money back?

Any help appreciated.

They then took him off his meds, and the obvious result occurred. He went bugfuck.

Instead of transferring him to a real hospital, they dumped him on the street. His mom, who had paid $35K to these cultists to "treat" him, begged them to do so. They did not, and instead just gave her an address to pick him up when they dumped him like a pile of garbage on the street.

When she and her husband picked him up, he was violently psychotic and murdered her husband."

Hi vegas1999, welcome to the forum.  I hope you can successfully get your money back.  If it's not too personal, can you tell us why your father took him out?  Did he discover what Narconon is after the first week, or was it something your brother told him?  Something else?

If you need any help with using the forum or the PM system, let us know.   :)

I too am interested in suing or just getting our money back from vista bay narconon for many reasons. My. Daughter had horrible experiences there and was kicked out ,the first time dropped off at a bus  stop with  no money, credit cards. Etc,the next time she was. Driven to a drug dealers home that she told them o take her. To. Even though I was on the phone with them telling them not to bring her there !  She's also now telling me about many "sexual situations " she dealt with on many different occasions!  She is a very attractive girl and I'm now hearing all these things she endured and I'm not. Happy.  !!  She is doing time now for. Stealing to support her habit. After narconon left her stranded!

Hi Jgagnor and welcome to Reaching for the Tipping Point.  I'm sorry to hear about your daughter's experiences, but unfortunately, not surprised.  We hear these kinds of things a lot.  I've given you PM ability, so you can get some guidance from Mary McConnell, as "who me?" mentioned in response to your other post.

I'd like to encourage you to do the independent survey located at: http://reachingforthetippingpoint.net/narcononsurvey/  It's done by a group of volunteers we know, not by Narconon.

Also, please file complaints with:
the California State Attorney General: http://oag.ca.gov/
You can contact them here: http://oag.ca.gov/contact

and the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs: http://www.adp.ca.gov
who you can contact here; info is under the Licensing and Certification section: http://www.adp.ca.gov/feedback/feedback.shtml

If you found Narconon Vista Bay on the internet, you can also complain to the Internet Crime and Complaint Center, which is run in conjunction with the FBI: http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

The Federal Communications Commission: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
The Federal Trade Commission: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

If enough people make enough noise about them, they will be investigated and shut down, thereby preventing others from having a similar experience.  This is better done by people with first hand experience, like you, than by people who have not been to Narconon.

And please let us know if you have any more questions or comments.

Welcome to Tipping Point, Jgagnor. You have received some good advice from ethercat. I wish I could say that your story is unfamiliar to us, but it is not.

I hope you are able to get your money back and that your daughter gets the help she needs. Please go to the police about any sexual abuse experienced by your daughter at the hands of Narconon employees.

Narconon must be stopped!
