Thanks, Jens!

I posted a link to this article and some more information regarding the Amber Bullin's death at Best Drug Rehabilitation's "Tranquility Detox"

Has anyone called the Battle Creek Police to confirm status of this investigation?
Could an interested out od state citizen nobody, such as myself, receive any information?

I notice that local Battle Creek media has covered suspicious death investigations at nursing homes and such in the area before, so I wonder why I can't find any news reference to this through any internet search.

Also, has anyone ever tried to interest the local Battle Creek Enquirer in covering AFR, BDR, Tranquility Detox's  abuses, non-compliance and lawsuits ?

The B.C. Enquirer does cover police investigations:

Any idea why this current investigation reported by Tony Oretga is not included?

I don't know if anyone has contacted Battle Creek Police, but an interested citizen could make an inquiry. Also, Narconon Reviews provides some good pointers on making open records requests, if needed. http://narcononreviews.net/resources/for-researchers/open-records-requests/

Michigan media has been notably silent. Emails or letters to media contacts might bring some attention to the subject. You could point them to the WSB coverage on Narconon of Georgia as an example of what has been done in other cities. http://www.wsbtv.com/s/narconon/

I'm sure ethercat will have some additional advice.

Thanks mefree.

I really would just like to confirm the investigation is active. Not that I doubt Oretga, but I  would feel more hopeful if I had confirmation of such a promising action from a few different sources.

I actually tried to interest the Battle Creek Enquirer years ago, but they didn't bite.  Maybe if this investigation is juicy enough - I can tempt them again.

Thanks for the links and info.
