Wow! The lists keeps growing by the month!! Thank you, once again. dear aegerprimo, for your excellent and most important work in helping inform and keep a running historical record of the news on Scientology and it's front groups

I keep hoping for the, "IRS Revokes Cof$ Tax Exemption, Top $cientology Leader Arrested for Tax Fraud", headline while I'm still alive.

Maybe next year.

I,m kind of worried about going down that road. The current fervor over the extremism related to religion in this country has me puzzled. How do we as a society pick which is good and which is bad? Do we even have that right?

In this case the IRS gave the Cof$ it's tax exemption after the Supreme Court of the US had already said due to it's quid pro quo way of operating it was not entitled to an exemption. The IRS also violated the Constitution by favoring the Cof$ over other churches by allowing them to use fixed donations. Other churches would have their tax exemption revoked if they tried to do that. So in this case, I don't have a problem with "...going down that road."

The "Church" of Scientology engages in many illegal activities, fraud, child labor, human trafficking, etc. It hides under the guise of a religion, and freedom of religion is protected by the United States Constitution. IANAL... but I do understand there are different types of law; constitutional law, common law and statutory law.

The Co$ uses the United States justice system to wear down opponents. It is wealthy.
