yeah we can't protest them with the whole residency law, but we must be bale to do something to slow down their progress into society.

Clifton Road (no "Springs") runs right through Emory U, CDC, and Emory U. Hosp. territory; it MIGHT be a uni-owned property or rental. Can't hurt to check. Alas, I am too far away to poke about myself.
