Best Resource for Law Suits
« on: April 19, 2012, 23:15 »
Hi Everyone,
So being new to this forum. I have done a lot of reading. But, I would like to know if anyone can point me in the direction of a list of folks or lawyers that are working with Attendess's/ Family members that attended Narconon.

I would like to start looking into it more. I removed my husband on Sunday...

But, he is still sober! 19 days and counting!  ;D

Congrats to your husband.

In CA, John P. Hannon has handled quite a few cases. One example:

In GA, this is the law firm handing the Desmond case: http://www.hpllegal.com/

I'm sure Mary knows more.

That's great, az!  Very glad to hear it!

I don't think we have a compiled list of lawyers anywhere, though it might be something good to have.  Best bet for finding a lawyer is checking through Mary's document collection, and find out which ones are in your area: http://www.scribd.com/AnonyMary/collections

Hi az, before you contact him,. make sure you have a sequential list of details ready on what happened, who promised what, how you found them, who lied about what with times related.
Your husband's experiences must be included in the request to Hannon.

He gets lots of complaints but cannot take them all and he may require a deposit fee. not sure.

he's currently handling 2 cases. The Elliots and Sonja Mitchell
http://www.courthousenews.com/2012/03/07/Narconon.pdf

He handled the David Compton case, as well.

Here's his contact info  jph3002@yahoo.com
