This scanned collection of Scientology Intl. Management briefings on "How to Run an Org or Mission" is straight from the horse's mouth, written by L. Ron Hubbard.  It's a manual for staff members who run the orgs, and covers everything from how to recruit; to how to manage credit, creditors, and finances; to how to tattle on people (write KRs); and probably everything else including how to clean the floors (considering what a micromanager Hubbard was).  It's kinda long, but what did the egotistical scamster ever write that wasn't long?  It contains such insightful quotes as:

Quote
The Reason for Orgs
The only reason orgs exist is TO SELL AND DELIVER MATERIALS AND SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC AND GET IN PUBLIC TO SELL AND DELIVER TO.

For the unindoctrinated, it also works well for humorous readings in a loud pompous voice!
