Many of the local sci stuff here has reorganized.

 Applied is thee latest one

 Old Info

What concerns me and why this isn't on the front page is the agent:C T CORPORATION SYSTEM
While its not unusual for the a national company to have a registered agent here in the state or to hire a company to rep them CT ties in to a large nasty national law firm. The other one uses a normal local law firm.

 the links:
 CT is here: http://ctadmin.ctadvantage.com/CTWebAdminApps/CTWebAdmin/Public/Log...
Notice it says it is a Wolters Kluwer business. The front page has law
 http://www.kluwerlaw.com/

This could and probably is nothing, but the company likes to sue and from my quick searches not necessary to win. I have been unable to find out if the CT has direct ties to sci or is just a hired pit bull.

I'm hoping to keep looking for more info, but I'd love to get some help on it.

I'm not so sure CT Corporation and CT advantage = the same thing.

Certainly not my area of expertise but I know for instance that Wolters-Kluwer provides healthcare textbooks:

And then again, maybe they do:

It looks like they provide registered agent services. I guess you noticed there were quite a few services on the GA site registered to CT corp.

It looks like the registering group comes with a heavy duty law firm now
